Best service. I was a pain and chopped and changed my mind about what I wanted and they were very understanding. My clothes were nicely folded and smelt good. They even fixed a polo that my other half washed with a new towel 🙄🙄. Will definitely use them again. Very happy …

What a great laundrette! Self service at the front, spotless. ❤️ Clean area, space to sit and wait, big sorting table. Fantastic. Through the back is where they provide full service - even ironing - and they have big equipment. Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. The place was super busy while I was there- make sure you bring $1 & $2 coins if you are doing self service, if you are using their service, you can pay by card. If you need somewhere to wash/dry/iron in the this area... I would recommend these guys.

5 stars even before we get our items back! Looked up the services on Google, we have 2 super king beds, a queen and single. On a sunday i called up to have some super king bedding washed and they told me to bring it in same day! Very impressed. Pulled up, these guys are super busy for a reason! Very professional and i cant wait to pick up our bedding 😊 happy customers and will be back!

First time visitors. We had to use the facilities when our washing machine suddenly broke down. We were a bit unsure at first but the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was easy to use and the facilities were clean. Highly recommend the laundrette, services and staff.

Exceptional Service! I own an Airbnb property and used the laundry service. It was prompt, reliable and staff were all very lovely to work with in delivering an exceptional service.

Hargraves Beach House which caters for up to 12 guests has used Charmhaven Laundrette continuously and exclusively since 2011 for all our linen washing. Never a problem and we highly recommend them.

Had a mattress topper laundered and wasn’t happy with the result so they picked it up re-washed and dried and folded and re-delivered back to Home at no charge. Great service will use again. 5 stars

I was held up in traffic and did not arrive to pick up my laundry until 5.08pm. Kenyatta waited until I arrived, made sure I had the correct order then closed up for the day. That is real service. Thank you Kenyatta.

We have used Charmhaven Laundrette for the past 5 years for our business and we are incredibly happy with their service. They’re reliable, communicate well and the towels we get them to launder for our business are perfect every time. Highly recommend
